Chili con Titchy on the left for tonights dinner.
Bolognese sauce on the right.
Slow cook with smoke to infuse flavour.
Tip.
When using a spoon to scrape the seeds out of the jalapenos,wash it.
do not use for tasting the spag bol sauce.

Bolognese slow cooked for about 6 hours,got a nice smoke skin on it.
Great way to make bulk sauce.

Flat bread over coals,using a basic white bread mix,coked after the first rising.
About a minute and a half each side.
