nice to meet you guys, im from melbourne,

just getting into the whole sausage making thing, ive been keen for a long time, and have only just last weekend bought an electric mincer,


so now im committed!!!!


you wouldnt have a very basic recipe for me for this weekend would you?

or point me in the right direction?



also where in oz (melb) would i find some support in the way of books or dvds, and also supplies, skins etc.....

I'm on the Gold Coast and have found that most butchers will be able to supply you with what you need to make your own snags, including casings.
