Hi
since I don't have

TRAD MIX FROM WESCHENFELDERS'S

in stock could you give me some idea whats in it please?

Could I replace SUNDRIED TOM & BASIL MIX FROM FRANCO'S

with just sundried tomatoes and basil, if I added some salt and pepper?

Not sure what's in the Wesch blend, but I have tried it. I think any breakfast blend such as Wheels' blend will suffice in this mix.

Hi George
John is possible right on the trad mix something on the lines of a slight and light peppery taste not to over powering otherwise it will kill the taste of the feta cheese if you use sun dried toms make sure that they are cut up very fine pieces I only used Franco's mix because it was in the cupboard going out of date!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :) :P
