Hi William,

I do envy you having that glorious part of the world to go picking wild garlic in, I lived in Devauden, but I'm now in the fens. You wouldn't believe what passes for a hill over here!

I used to use a lot of wild garlic leaves, they give a superb flavour to any dish you use them in. I would think they would be great in sausages.
