Has anyone got a recipe or come across a Pork and Mustard Sausage ?
I have been asked if I could make some and I must admit it sounds rather interesting.

Try running a search for this on Google.
I got this one:
basic Country Sausage: (There are many variations of this, and really it all depends on what YOU like).
10 pounds meat
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon dried mustard
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper
I'm sure there's plenty more
