looking to learn

i am a chef who over the last 7 years has been living in nz and america i have been curring and from books and this forum have had some great results..........i am moving back to england at the end of the summer and would be interested in finding a job were i could learn the skill properly.........i know this is not a job forum but i would be intrested to know who the top charcuterie in the country....i would appriciate any help you can give me

Hi Oakley, I can't help you on that one I'm afraid, but I wonder if this would be better in a different part of the forum. The professional section at the bottom might be better although it's a bit quiet in there, perhaps more people will see it if it is in chatter. Let me know if you want it moved,
