Made 200 of these on Friday and they have just won a mention at the festival I was attending, so I thought you may like the recipe.
To a Kg of minced lamb:
10g salt
2g pepper
1 - 1.5 tablespoons of fresh chopped rosemary (depending on your tastes) - I used just over a tablespoon per Kg
1 Clove of Garlic chopped
1 med onion chopped
Mix and from into patties and whisk off to the BBQ
Serve on a toasted bun with a little redcurrent jelly - lovely
