Please can someone supply me with a basic pork sausage recipe, im new to make sausages.

First of all welcome to the forum.

There are lots of recipes here to try out but first of all I would recommend you read the following statrter info I posted a short while ago

Once you have read this the posting for Devro sausage recipes would be as good a place to start as any in here you will find both meat & seasoning recipes.
