Looking into making some Smoke Turkey Sausage. Anyone out there have a good recipe to go by?

I spose your talking about turkey sausage your going to smoke. any pork sausage reciepe will work with turkey you may need to think about fat but ,at the risk of banging on about low fat sausages,there are ways to get round lack of fat.
