Phil,

I would like to offer my thanks to you for your soft rolls recipe which I tried a week or so ago & I intend to try your hot dogs in the not too distant future. I intend to make a cold smoker as seen on the Baker Brothers. I will report back how I get on.

I'm glad that you enjoyed them. The credit for the hot-dogs really goes to Big guy - my recipe's only an adaption of his. I've heard about the Baker Bros smoker - I must watch it on 4OD. I can recommend the Cold Smoke Generator made by ProBBQ though:

I've seen the Cold Smoke Generator made by ProBBQ & had thought about buying one however I already have whats needed for the Baker Brothers one other than a plastic dustbin which I can get from Wilkinsons for £10 so will give that a go first.

Yep, that's fine for short smoking times. (I've just had a look at it)
