I haven't made beer in some time, methinks I may have to change that!
I did the sausages for the BBQ and they were a huge hit! I was a little concerned the cheese level would be too low but my brother exclaimed, and I quote, "Holy sh#t bro, these are so cheesy and delicious!" The guests were raving about them and I was getting a bit of a big head with all the positive comments. Needless to say, I have now been confirmed as the defacto sausage supplier for all the remaining summer bbqs!
