Looking fwd to any more tips and recipes U can help with.
Not at the stage of making them myself, just dreaming as I am still plodding around with real begginers manual gear as Boss Cocky thinks I spend to much time making Beer & Wine as it is.
Heading back to Oz for Xmas & like U will be hunting down some of my most tasty treats. We get some really great goods here but the price is average $52 /kg for sausages & these are made by some fine Oz & Kiwi Butchers that have set up shop. We do have a few lads dabbling like myself, we are all interested in anything to do with "make at home" etc but those Savs of yours really make the mouth water..
