A little while ago, whilst browsing sausage recipes, I kept coming across marjoram as an ingredient. I live on a small island in the south China sea and hunted the island for Marjoram but, to no avail.
I have now managed to find an importer who sold me 24 grams for 7 quid
I dashed home to try out the illusive herb but now I can't find any recipes that use it
Anyone point me to a recipe or two on this forum that uses a healthy dose of marjoram..?
