Marjoram

A little while ago, whilst browsing sausage recipes, I kept coming across marjoram as an ingredient. I live on a small island in the south China sea and hunted the island for Marjoram but, to no avail.

I have now managed to find an importer who sold me 24 grams for 7 quid

I dashed home to try out the illusive herb but now I can't find any recipes that use it

Anyone point me to a recipe or two on this forum that uses a healthy dose of marjoram..?

it is a major ingredient in fresh polish kielbasa (aka white sausage). Try doing a search on that.

Here's a recipe for bratwurst that uses a lot of marjoram. 1553 Bratwurst.

It's used in 'Grandpa Jumbo's Polish Sausage' as well:

Any Greek sausage will have marjoram in it but will be called rigani or Greek oregano
