thanks Yotmon, similar to what I've been using - just find it a bit bland and wondered if there were any twists out there that I'm missing.

Doh, that's the one I found as well!

I think that luncheon meats are the 'poor relation' in the salumi repertoire. We totally under-value them in the UK.
