Sausage Recipes...138 Page PDF for free

I dont know if this has already been posted, but i found a company out of canuck land that has a bunch of recipes all conveniently packaged in a 138 page free pdf file. You can find it here;

Yep. This is a nice collection that's been around for awhile. You do need to look at the recipes critically, though, especially those with cure. Some measures may be in need of adjustment. Just got back from an extended trip to the Lower Mainland, and got to visit Stuffers in their new shop. Nice folks, and one of the few suppliers for home sausage makers in Canada.
