I am looking for a tested spicy hawaiian sausage recipe, similar to Wolfens's meat and sausage in Gustine CA. It is a savory/sweet sausage with a nice mild heat. I get hints of pineapple and maple when I have tried it in the past.

Does anyone have any good recipes that sound similar, or that could be tweaked?
