Thanks "The idiot", I'll definitely try that one! At what percentage do you use the seasoning?
And I know about the search function vagreys, I have used it a lot for other things, but there are so many recipes and you get so many results when you search for breakfast sausage for instance, that it is quite difficult to find the recipes...
I have found quite a few good recipes for breakfast sausages and italian sausages now, still looking for a barbeque and a herby/spicy/garlicy sausage, anyone any suggestions?
