Hi all,

I am looking for a cheap beef sausage recipe that just consists of beef, rusks and spices.. No pork or lamb..
Hope someone can help out . I am just a beginner myself ..

Maybe you can elaborate - How cheap? Beef? Halal? Kosher?

Perhaps, if you told us a bit more, we'd have a better chance of helping.

By cheap I hope you are referring to the lower cost cuts of beef and not "cheap" quality or grade of beef. You need to use the best grade you can afford since lower grades will affect the final result and you may be disappointed.
