Spuddy - took on board some of your tips! Just bought all the machinery, and made 7 lbs of Pork sausages yesterday. Can't believe how easy it is, and they turned out great! (Added some smoked Paprika to the Pork, Apple & Leek recipe - wow!) Many thanks.
