hi i did search the forum for this but could not find anything
so what is the best cut of meat to use for a plan lamb sausage

wheels wrote:That's a tricky one. Almost like looking for hen's teeth! There a few lamb recipes, and most of those are spicy. The top one below looks the least spicy. I've posted the others as they could be amended to make them plainer - the merguez could be made with an amended harissa using sweet instead of chilli pepper.
