sausage mix

hi folks, been making sausages for a wee while now. although good, they havn't really hit the spot. untill i bought francos Traditional Pork Sausage Mix. fantastic. the thing is, i would like to mix my own. does anyone know exactly what's in the above mix. i would be most gratefull for any help. cheers. john.
