Standard tomato sausage recipe?

Mother has asked me to make her some tomato sausages, just the bog standard Morrison\ASDA variety, can anyone sugest a recipe?
Also what is the Parson Snows recipe i've seen mentioned in the kebab thread? want to have a go at them aswell.

I'd suggest adding 5% of good ketchup and/or a good squirt of tomato paste and some sugar to a plain banger mix (just a bit of salt and pepper, maybe a bit of sweet paprika) and proceed as usual.
You could make your own tomato paste by reducing and puree-ing a couple of cans of tomatos, adding some seasoning, a little vinegar, some sugar and passing the lot through a sieve. However, all you would have made would be ketchup, so........

Never had them but would imagine that some added sun dried tomatoes would be a nice flavour.........

cheers, i'll try the tomato pur� first, i find sun dried tomatos a bit too sweet and over powering myself

The tomato idea can be fairly good, I have used a Bloody Mary mix (Mr & Mrs T's Rich & Spicy Bloody Mary mix) as a wetting / flavoring agent with good effects. I'm not sure of its availability outside the US though.
