Can't really use the recipes unless you have the seasoning mix.

My apologies for that, you are quite correct Lance, must have been too early in the morning for that to register with me!

You can use the first two because they tell uyou what's in the seasoning, I grew up 2 miles from Bookham so I'll certainly try that one!

Thanks for the link Tristar, I'm not far from Fulbourn so I might try the sausages from the butcher featured. If I do, it will be the first sausages I will have bought in the UK for some months, only in the name of research though you understand!
