Did anyone watch Gordon Ramsay's C4 programme, The F word last night? If so, did anyone manage to snag his recipe for home made sausages?
Thanks

I was reading the kids a story and missed the first half. I'd like to see this recipe as well.

Hi,

I saw the program, I have to admit I thought he overstuffed his sausages and there was a lot of splitting on the clip lol

but recipe wise, I've checked the website and sadly they havent posted the recipe :o( I was hoping for the sea bass recipe but that isnt on there either.

I will be trying the pork loin though soon, looked lovely!

Did anyone see the pigs being sluaghtered? wasnt the nicest viewing

Well, I ran the "F" word tape and the ingredients for Gordons sausages were :

Pork Mince
thyme
Sage
Apple
Onion
Wholegrain Mustard
I think you may have to play about with this to get it right and there was no mentioning of salt or pepper.
Hope this helps
Roy

Thanks Roy. We'll give it a whizz in the near future and let you all know how it goes.
Having said that, we have just made another two batches, one Cumberland and one using someone else's best guess at the F word recipe. They are both shockingly nice.

BBC America just aired that show last Sunday. Did anyone ever try making these sausages and/or determine the quantities of ingredients to use?
