Hi,

This was my first go with my Panther 600 De Beem Grinder and my first ever sausage

Two/three feet of hog skin
2lb of stewing steak minced
2oz of dried breadcrumb
1 teaspoon of salt
+pepper to taste
cumin
chilli powder
hot paprika
tomato paste
about a cup of cold water
good glug of medium olive oil

Just soaked the skins for 20 mins wash offed and threaded on then let rip.

Then in the oven for 30 mins and this is the result;

It was so easy i am amazed!!!

I think that the secret is making the mixture a little sloppy!

They were really good and worth the time!

Sadly i tried some belly pork ones the other day and broke my electric grinder!
