3.5 lbs venison
3.5 lbs ground beef 75% fat (or pork butts)
1 clove garlic
4 tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp coriander
.5 tsp nutmeg
.5 tsp thyme
.5 tsp allspice
.25 tsp cloves
