:D Just starting to make sausages. Looking for a recipes to make Toulouse Sausage can anyone out there help with this. :?:

I tried that recipe, and it worked out damm fine, but i reduced the salt quite a bit, as I found it a very salty sausage - just a word of warning.
Much easier to add extra in, than take any out!
