Recipes for all sausages

I just got back from a trip to Marrakesh, which was rather fun, and obviously the first thing I had to eat was these sausages from a street vendor in town. I'm rather dissapointed to say that they weren't great :?
Little bit tasteless to be honest, like someone mentioned earlier, the cooking around there isn't very chilli hot at all, in fact not much of any spice
In fact a lot of the food was actually quite bland (which is surprising considering the number of spice stalls around the town), not what I expecting at all, but interesting none the less.
The whole sheeps head was a particularly "interesting" meal. Not interesting enough for me to try it ever again mind :D
