Newmarket sausage

Has anyone got a recipe for Newmarket sausage? They are similar to, but not the same as Lincolnshire sausage. I have searched the whole web over, but cannot find a recipe for them!!

you have no chance of gettin the secret recipe from either company but try to add nutmeg to a plain pork sausage. personally i dont rate the sausage but thats my own opinion much prefer pork with fresh sage

i do have a favourite sausage recipe but as i am shortly to go into business makin sausages cant tell you it but a really nice one is beef, tomato puree, garlic and parmesan or a funny twist on the glamorgan which is known to be vegetarian is pork, leek and caerphilly cheese
