I have bene trying to remake this but can't seem to work out what hte Gram wieght of the spices could be.

Dose anyone know how to convert Tsp to G :?:

I have also come across this as I record recipes in grammes.
I have weighed the ingredients listed:
Salt 5.86gm, Mace 2.16gm, Nutmeg 2.38gm, Black Pepper 2.87gm
These are for shop-bought ground products and measured in a 'standard' measuring spoon. They are all for level teaspoon measures.
