Sausage Spice conversions and dosage

I think someone on the forum had mentioned this site before, but in case anyone is interested and has not seen it, there is a great section about sausage seasonings.
Especially the part at the bottom on spice conversions and dosage to use.

Great site and very convenient considering that I'm about to make my next batch of saveloys today. The dominant flavour in these is always Mace/Nutmeg but it's obvious that I can add more ginger if I wish (according to the conversion table).
