Caillette Sausage

I've just come across a recipe for Caillette Sausages in Pork and Sons.
The recipe looks good but for 1 thing "Caul Fat"
Does any body out there in sausage land now where I can get hold of said caul fat
P.S. that somebody must be in the UK aera of sausage land
