Caillette Sausage

Hi

I've just come across a recipe for Caillette Sausage, looks really good BUT I need caul fat.

Big Prob :? :? Does anybody out there in Sausage Land know where I can purchase said fatty outer covering :?:

P.S. it would have to be in the UK region of Sausage Land

Here in London we have TFC's, Turkish Food Centres, and they sell caul fat. So if you have any Turkish or Greek shops in your area maybe they could direct you accordingly.
I bought it to wrap faggots, but now do without as it wasn't exactly cheap.. can't remember the cost now.

I had the same problem when making faggots and bought the cheapest, nastiest, fattiest, thinnest, unsmoked streaky bacon I could get after panther here gave me the idea. Worked like a charm.
