Turkey/Christmas Sausage

Hi All

I know I am being lazy but I am looking for a Christmas sausage recipe. I'm thinking Pork/Turkey (Leg) with the usual Christmas spices, possibly cranbery? Although I am not a fan of jam on turkey.
