Does anyone have a recipe for the seasoning mixture for a brat that is like a regular jo--son--le brat. I sure would be grateful to them.

the superb brat you are describing is made just outside of sheboygan. therefore, if you google 'sheboygan brat recipe', you should be ok. i did, and found a number of interesting looking recipes.
