Here is my wife's stuffing mix. 1 kilo of pork, usual ratio. 40 grm wheels breakfast mix. 1 kilo breadcrumbs, a cup or two, of milk, enough to blend it all together and about three tbs of dried mixed herbs. Mix well. Shape into a log and cover with foil. Cook in oven. Beautiful recipe. And even better cold the next day on bread.

This year we did a typical sausagemeat mix (very similar to Wheels' breakfast banger) then added 25% fresh breadcrumb, 5% grated stilton and a generous ammount of port and some fresh chopped sage and parsley and mixed until my hands went numb.

Rolled into large golfball sized balls of about 60g each.

I can already vouch for them being very tasty as I couldnt resist eating some after we had first made them

YEP milk...the stuffing always turns out great. I asked my wife for weights and measures on the stuffing. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "Add enough until it look right". The only thing weighed out is the spice mix everything else is to her eye.
