hallo franco,
can you please tell me how this cure works.can i use it for mixing in sausages.what can i use to make the sausages soft and nice.do i need to use meat tenderises or there is special spices to use for sausages.how many grams of fat can i mix per kgs of meat.do i need to grind the fat or just cut cubes then mix with the mince.
