swan sausage??????

Hey there have just found this forum yay so am a newbie, its duck shooting time here in nz, does anyone have a swan or duck sausage recipe they want to share, with it being a lean meat, need some hepl on this have never made a snarler banger in me life, always 1st time for everything eh... cheers

There are probably others but these should keep you going over here. As for swan, I'd end up in the Tower of London if I tried those in the UK. With a few exceptions they all belong to The Queen!

Thanks dude, thats awesome, will give it a go, these swan aren't the beautiful white swan , they are the run of the mill black buggers that need culling off periodically cheers and thanks very much. tis 3.23 am here im on nightshift, so this has been a great time filler, awesome to meet new people
