why is there no bavarian smokies recipes on the net?

ive been looking for a cheese smokie recipe and i cant find one for the life of me any help would be awsome! love the site guys very helpful indeed. cant wait till i can start answering some questions! baby steps baby steps

It appears (after some searching) that very basic Bavarian smokies are a form of smoked bratwurst. You can use the search function to find some bratwurst recipes and give them a shot with smoking and see how they turn out. A lot of the recipes and proprietary mixes seem to also have cheese, jalapenos, etc added to the recipe.
