Pork & Apple Sausages ? what mix?

Hi all ,

I have tried 99% of all the pork and apple mixes on the market and none of them are really that good!

I have also tried making my own recipe using fresh apples and seasoning in which they looked really good for colour and texture etc but the sweet apple flavour just wasn't there???
I would use dehydrated apple flakes but thats a really expensive option at £130 for 20kg

any one here tried a decent recipe
