I am new to the sauagemaking forum but have been making wild game sauages for a couple years now and last deer season I made up some summer sausage , only have 1 tube left out of 10 so must have turned out , at less I think so and the friends that wanted the recipe. I am a avid hunter and found it's easier to do it myself and less troubles . In Ont. Canada it is getting hard to get something done with wild game . I have been doing my own butchering for a number of years because #1 it's cheaper and #2 a butcher shop is to goverment reg. My question is does anyone have a recipe for turkey pepperettes . I have 4 in the freezer and would like to do something with them other than just cook them up . Hope someone can help me out , thanks in advance..........................apps
