help me sausage with home made sambal

has somebody tried to make a sausage with sambal (not to hot)
please help me with the recipi

Hi Johanna,

Welcome to the forum!

I think if you look for a basic Chili sausage recipe, and substitute the Sambal in place of the Chili component - it will work out fine.

Try this recipe by Len Poli, and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
