I'm looking to commission a recipe for the best tasting all-beef hotdog frankfurter recipe for commercial use in the UK. if you would like to experiment with spices, test the whats on the market, and come up with the best hotdog this side of the atlantic, please PM me or email me jamie@glassesdirect.co.uk
this would be a piece of consultancy probably lasting in the region of 2-4 weeks p/t/evening work - carried out remotely or with in-person meetings.
