Porkburgers?

I've been browsing this site for a while now and have really enjoyed learning how to make some good sausages.
Can anyone please help with a recipe for burgers using pork instead of beef. If no actual recipes available then any suggestions for what spices to use and is rusk necessary would be appreciated. I did a search and only found Pork and Apple burgers but don't want to use apple at the moment.

Hi Piglet

Welcome to the forum, as for pork burgers these are very easy. It's just a sausage without a casing.
However be aware that because pork is more fatty than beef they will shrink more. I have included the link below for the Devro section which you will find a mixture of seasoning recipes. You could also use the pork & Apple recipe you have and replace the apple with onion or just miss it out altogether.
