I've been looking for this for quite some time!

I was lucky to have been given this book back in 1975 and I still enjoy reading it even though its now a hundred and eleven years old. Plenty of 19th century sausage and bacon recipes and a good window into how life was back then. It even covers a'dog catchers' responsibilities in Hamburg
