I have just foruitously come across this rather impressive web site: which is an Argentinian site of Hispanic (nay, worldwide) food and cooking. Unfortunately it completely avoids the topic of cured meats or sausages, but still worth a look around. It has got a good Spanish - French - English dictionary of food terms.
