Sausage Making Videos?

Hello all.
Looking for a GREAT sausage making video. I bought the Sausage Maker video and was disappointed in it. Didn't talk about the crucial steps with mixing, etc and thats what I would like to be able to see.
Any suggestions?

Hi Chef, I find books more helpful as you can have much more info to hand at a glance when making them - plus they make great bedside reading for when the OH is snoring
But in answer to your question I quite like 'Pig in a Day' by Hugh Fearnly Whittingstall...

The Youtube videos aren't running under the video bbcode. We may or may not be able to fix that.
