Having looked through this brill site.. I was hoping to see if anyone had attached a 'real life action movie' of someone making home made sausages a kind of 'how to' approach for newbies like me.... Reading a book isn't the same....
Or is anyone aware where such a site might be??
Thanks

:)

Rytek Kutas has (or had) one to go with his book. Might check it out.

You can look here too:

http://lpoli.50webs.com/Tips.htm#Linking

The only thing i'd change in Pauls instructions is how you start the links. He pinches 2 links, then ties them together, and threads them through. I think the better method is to pinch 3 links, twist the 2nd and 3rd togehter (leaving the last link as dangly one), and continuing from there. Difficult to explain in words unless you've tried it yourself though ;)
