It seems to be duplicated here as well, a superb resource, thanks again for reminding me of it's existence:

Books like 'The Forme of Cury' from the C14 are on there - I could never afford the £1000's it would cost to buy!

The Closet of Sir Kenelm Digby, Opened is a classic and worth looking at, too, if you are interested in historical recipes. Later than Cury, but some classic dishes.

I actually downloaded "The Count Of Monte Cristo" from that site for my phone to read in work...good site.
